Two 4 storey buildings amounting to 120,000 sq ft NIA of steel frame construction with a façade of glass, terracotta rainscreen cladding and flat cladding panels with a composite panel roof over. Internally the building has a 4 pipe fan coil system, raised access floor and suspended ceiling with a feature 4 storey atrium entrance with underfloor heating and feature balconies.

Grantside placed its own construction management team on site to oversee the construction process and liaised with the marketing agents, client and end users to design and construct a flagship building at the entrance to this successful business park.

The project was completed and handed over in June 2005.
