Quorum 8 is a 3 storey building with 100,000 sq ft NIA of steel frame construction with a façade of glass, terracotta rainscreen cladding and flat cladding panels with a composite panel roof over. Internally the building has a 4 pipe fan coil system, raised access floor and suspended ceiling with a feature 3 storey atrium entrance/cafe which has underfloor cooling.

The project was is being project managed and constructed by grantside and is due for completion in December 2006.
