Grantside undertakes each project with its own dedicated site team with management and administration support facilities from its head office in York. A detailed construction plan and programme is developed with the client and their representatives for implementation for the site team. Regular meetings are held with all parties to ensure continuity of information and that any issues are dealt with swiftly and precisely and to ensure that progress is maintained.

With the design team Grantside undertakes value engineering exercises on behalf of the client to ensure that best value is achieved on the project.

A strict quality control procedure is adopted with a benchmarking system of acceptability which Grantside is always striving to improve upon.
