From the A19 north:
Travelling from the north on the A19 stay on this road at the roundabout with the York ring road (A1237) and continue along Shipton Road (A19) towards York city centre at the third set of traffic lights turn right onto Water End road and continue on this road, passing over the river and railway lines and then turn left at the traffic lights onto Poppleton Road (A59) and continue for approximately 750m and then at the traffic lights turn left into Holgate Park Drive follow this road until you reach Station Business Park.
From the A1 north:
Leave the A1 at the A59 junction and follow this road all the way into York turning left at the traffic lights on Poppleton Road into Holgate Park Drive follow this road until you reach Station Business Park.
From the A64/Leeds:
Leave the A64 and turn left onto the York ring road (A1237) continue on this road until reaching the A59 York/Harrogate roundabout and take the third exit into York and follow this road all the way into York turning left at the traffic lights on Poppleton Road into Holgate Park Drive follow this road until you reach Station Business Park.
